Melatonin and Sleep

It is the correlation between the melatonin and sleep patterns that allow, without much difficulty, identification of possible melatonin deficiency. It even got to a point where the itching on my breasts were turning into charred skin.  Reddish and itching so badly I can hardly think straight.  You might ask how can your acid reflux be causing allergies.  My allergy specialist said that it was because the acid in my body was eating away at the stomach lining.  Then my body was starting to react to it and overreact by treating it as an invasion and so it caused the swelling and itching.

Anyway, I was just looking at this from two points of the spectrum.  One, for my son, who was not growing as fast as his classmates and realizing that he just might be gaining a few inches as he is just entering puberty in the 7th grade and some of his friends started in 6th.  And my daughter, who is entering too early and might not reach a good height or psychological stable mind for the early puberty.

The book went on to mention about how it has become popularized by modern society as a healing agent, which it just might be for some people, if you don’t get the skin of the plant to touch you and you are cautious to be sure that it doesn’t get on you then maybe it will be a good healing agent for you.

I just learned the hard way, that it is not worth risking as my son and our family has seen first hand that this Aloe vera can very well be dangerous for you and I.  Be cautious around it.
